There’s only one Democratic candidate not linked to an ongoing FBI investigation, and his name is Bernie Sanders. Vermont’s Senator will become Democratic nominee for many reasons, but a cyber hacker named “Guccifer” just solidified the fact only one candidate can type an email without scandal. Superdelegates exist so that Republicans like Donald Trump won’t use FBI investigations and foreign hackers against a Democratic nominee.
Forget about foreign hackers for a moment, and listen to the words of Defense Secretary Robert Gates. These words are highlighted in a Hill article titled Ex-Pentagon chief: Iran, China or Russia may have gotten to Clinton server:
Former Defense Secretary Robert Gates says he believes foreign countries like Russia, China and Iran may have hacked the private email server Hillary Clinton used while secretary of State. “...I think the odds are pretty high,” he said Gates said he agreed with former acting CIA Director Mike Morell’s claim that the server had probably been hacked by either Russia, China or Iran. He added that the fact that classified intelligence has been found on the server was “a concern for me.” “I never used email when I was head of CIA or head of the Department of Defense,” Gates said.
Gates believes other nations most likely compromised Clinton’s server. If you don’t trust the recent statements of a Romanian hacker (I believe him), do you trust the views of President Obama’s former Defense Secretary?
Furthermore, imagine if anyone else had endured a year-long FBI criminal investigation. As The Wall Street Journal stated in March, “The criminal investigation into Mrs. Clinton’s email setup is clearly progressing, leaving some officials hopeful the case could wrap up in a matter of months.”

He’s not a real sophisticated hacker, just a persistent one. His technique involved finding email addresses and guessing the answers to the reset password questions. Once he got Hillary’s email address from hacking into Blumenthal’s account he had the server domain. Just a matter of guessing the admin password of the server at that point.

If we are lucky, investigation results will be delayed until mid-October. Then, chaos as they try to slip Biden/Warren in.
Remember, the DNC pros dislike Sanders as much as the RNC establishment hates Trump. The DNC had what they thought last year was an All-Star in Hillary, and no bench, and she is about to go onto the 21-year disabled list!
It doesn’t matter if there is a criminal referral. Enough people with enough information have already been immunized, and that would not happen if they were not “trading up,” with plenty against Hillary.
With that information public in the report, and if there is no True Bill, it’s worse. It looks like the fix is in.
The recent “leaked” Clinton Campaign statements have tried to claim..... “well, none of it was with intent.”
That is BS, because under the federal statutes involved, an act of omission is as bad as an act of omission.
BTW, the law in questions does not require mens rea, a “criminal mind” i.e. intent. It’s a prosecutor’s dream. It removed at least 50 % of the burden of a typical case.
Not only will she not be indicted, the FBI will issue a statement exonerating her and calling the whole thing a GOP consipiracy.

DC rumor mill had Bill and Hillary at WH for dinner with Obamas about last Thanksgiving. Supposedly she asked/demanded that he get DOJ to back off the investigation. BHO, (to Michelle’s delight), said no.

Obama delayed too long to force Clinton out. If she does not leave , she will be an extremely flawed candidate and Trump will win. If at this late date she is forced out, Sanders either gets the nomination ( and is beaten by Trump) or the Democratic Party badly splits and the Biden/Kerry/Warren candidate gets beaten by Trump.However the Republican Party must invest heavily in ballot security to overcome massive fraud.
Hillary’s backers bought the super- delegates yes. But everyone sees Hillary’s a loser, with or without a formal indictment now. Her puppet- masters don’t want a loser. And the rest of the D political elite wish to avoid an electoral rout that will pull down “the rest of the slate” at all levels. I therefore think she will be replaced. It’s either Bernie ( who would be a lot tougher to beat, as he - unlike Hillary- has some real voter support) or a new face ( Biden and the fake injun squaw are embarrassments to the D party and won’t be nominated in a hundred years, tho I think Biden could have had it once upon a time). Maybe Biden but Trump destroyed Warren last week by bringing up the fake Indian issue. She has less appeal than PIAPS.
If PIAPS were to be removed and the nomination did not fall to Sanders There would democrat blood in the streets as his supporters rioted.

The fix is in...obama wants her as the next POTUS, the dumb ass dimonrats want her, she will be the nominee and she will be the opponent of Donald Trump in the general election.

The middle 8 to 12% of voters who decide national elections do not care about Princess Summer Fall Winter Spring, and VPs do not decide elections.
Problem for us is, Biden is a “nice dunce,” and that is what many voters want.
