FRISCO -- Police in Frisco are looking for a suspect they believe took pictures and recorded video of a juvenile female in a Target changing room.
Police say the victim was trying on clothes in a fitting room at the Super Target on Preston Road Tuesday at about 7 p.m. when she noticed the suspect peering over the wall with a cell phone pointing in her direction.

This whole thing is a win-win for scum sucking lawyers. Scum sucking lawyers get the laws passed and implemented and sue the hell out of those that don’t comply. On the other end, the scum sucking lawyers are going to sue the hell out of any business that implements the law and then has a customer injured.
