I’m lost here. Why would you type the word “creepy” in regard to this story?
Well, it was not directed to the poor chap with the vision problem.
It is the fascination with every awful medical problem and misery of strangers that the media has adopted. I find all of it creepy. Every medical misery that has speaking victims seems to be aired.
It is none of our business, we can’t do anything about it pro or con, and it is usually offered by the hospital, doctors, or foundations to use these pathetic situations as fundraising opportunities.
In my town our local news has made it a permanent segment, like the traffic or the weather, to parade every dying child.
Whether the story is a glimpse of good news, or bad, I am just sick of it.
