Yeah, that’s when we thought Elton John was just “flamboyant.”

We are almost never happy not to get a job we bid-but today is an exception-the four of us on the crew are happy to let another contractor endure that obnoxious, waspish and rude customer-and if my instincts are correct, she is one who will nickel and dime you to death until you make 0 profit and are lucky if you get away without losing money...

The avid Hillary worshippers
Who instantly will defend her
And endorse her qualifications
Based entirely on her gender

Must be hitting the bong hard
Or maybe just lacking in reason
To forget they would make Bill
Renascent for yet another season

Of sexcapades and more scandal
And Hillary constantly trying
To keep playing her victim card
As she sends the ashtrays flying

Maybe I’m just cynical, but I thought he was flaming from day one-I like his music, though...

What are words for?

When no one listens anymore?

Talk, it’s only talk
Arguments, agreements, advice, answers,
Articulate announcements
It’s only talk

Talk, it’s only talk
Babble, burble, banter, bicker bicker bicker
Brouhaha, boulderdash, ballyhoo
It’s only talk
Back talk

Talk talk talk, it’s only talk
Comments, cliches, commentary, controversy
Chatter, chit-chat, chit-chat, chit-chat,
Conversation, contradiction, criticism
It’s only talk
Cheap talk

Talk, talk, it’s only talk
Debates, discussions
These are words with a D this time
Dialogue, dualogue, diatribe,
Dissention, declamation
Double talk, double talk

Talk, talk, it’s all talk
Too much talk
Small talk
Talk that trash
Expressions, editorials, expugnations, exclamations, enfadulations
It’s all talk
Elephant talk, elephant talk, elephant talk

That Eagle does not know a cat from a squirrel-it is all fast food-not safe for Fluffy to wander around outside...

Anyone who hikes in the woods here has seen hawks grab outdoor cats and kittens for lunch-I saw a Redtail hawk snatch a small cat right off the deck of a vaca cabin last year-outdoor pets are dead pets here...

I was in college-but I knew some entertainers were flamers at a young age-from conversations my parents, aunts and uncles, etc had when they did not think kids were paying attention, or realize that we had doppler ears...

There are a lot of hawks in the woods here-they nest near the river where the trails are-there are even some golden eagles. I’ve seen them swoop down and grab fish near the riverbank where the water is very shallow, too-they are big birds...

1956 was the year Elvis appeared on the Ed Sullivan Show. I was only 4, but I remember it...in Glorious Black and White!

You probably don’t remember or know just how much a 9 YO Irish Catholic kid would know in a corner of remote “bedroom community” suburb in 1976

We had a foreign exchange student for a week from South America (the details are foggy), but I remember she had Supertramp “breakfast in America” and that was exotic.

Probably not-I was a Latina Catholic kid-but I grew up on a ranch in BFE, not a burb-everything and anything that grownups talked about in low voices when they believed all the kids were otherwise occupied, and that was accompanied by gasps, snorts and giggles, exclamations like oh, chica sucio, come on, man-no s***?, etc not only fired our curiosity, but promised to be something naughty and therefore irrestible...

I still like Supertramp...
