Ashley Sigman says her kids were playing in the front yard of her St. Albans, WV apartment when she received a phone call from her neighbor that made her heart drop.
"I have someone calling me saying you need to get out front like there is a strange man exposing himself for one and not to mention trying to lure her out the gate," said Ashley.
As she ran to her front yard, the man got into his burgundy GMC Sierra and quickly drove off. She did take down his license plate number that read "WVRDNECK".

"The kids were NOT unattended. The mother was on the porch and the man was trying to lure the daughter out of view. The neighbor could still see the child and informed the mother of what the guy was doing. Yes she was tripping down the steps, because she had to run from a second story apartment with concrete steps...barefooted. Get your facts straight before running your mouth."

Yep, and none of us had cell phones either. Then again, if something happened to us a few blocks from home, most of the neighbors knew who our parents were and would reach out to them.

If I saw a man flashing my neighbor’s child I wouldn’t simply call them to tell them. I’d run to their yard and put a stop to it in a very loud manner.

The license plate screams staged event to me “WVRDNECK” as in West Virginia Redneck? Seriously? I think some fact checking needs to be made because I see the possibility of the liberal bias devotion machine in play here. C’mon we’ve seen 7 years of this crap. Why didn’t the license plate read “WVGAY4KDS” or something like that? I’m just sayin this sounds awfully familiar....

Haing investigated thousands of cases I hardly EVER see any of the perps having personalized license plates on their vehicles. It makes tracking them down 10 times as easy. Unless he’s incredibly stupid this sounds like a lesbian waiter not being tipped tale.
