ALMOST NO CHANCE OF FLARES: Solar activity is very low. There are two sunspots on the solar disk, but neither one has the type of unstable magnetic field that poses a threat for explosions. NOAA forecasters say the chance of a strong flare today is no more than 1%.

I think there were some electronic failures and they are reading the glitches. There is only one way our magnetosphere would be gone... gravity would be gone. I didn’t happen to notice myself floating around.

After a few bourbons yesterday, I did notice my self “floating around”. Enquiring minds want to know.

The second statement is the worst for us all

The Sun's magnetic field is in decline...

so less sunspots

Last time that happened was a mini ice age lasting 400 years

1350 to 1750

Life becomes short cold and brutish.
