And you know this how?
Were you there?
This sounds to me like just so much speculation, pulled from the backside of a Trump fellow sore loser.
THAT indicates absolutely no morals.
Yes, there are those of us that get it and what is really happening.
I believe some of these Cruz supporters are shills and then you have your fanatics. The shills are here to keep the Cruz fanatics, fanatics. They have no clue they are being played by the whole establishment.
They keep them fooled in to thinking Cruz is a principled conservative. But those of us that stay out of that bubble and keep in reality, understand that ship sailed long ago.
These people are going to have to open their eyes to just how close this country is to full blown statism or our version of communism. We already have a Politburo that is selecting our candidates, deceiving us in to thinking we have a real choice. Which we do not, especially if the GOPe and Cruz continues on with the Big Steal that is going on right now.
Donald Trump is our last chance at least blowing up one of the establishment’s parties and have a true opposition party to this corrupt and unConstitutional government we have right now. If they support what the establishment is doing with Cruz and all, they are damning this country for our children and grandchildren and that would be very sad. I plan to fight our corrupt and unConstitutional Politburo till I draw my last breath to try to keep that from happening.
These Cruz/Establishment supporters need to understand, they are on the wrong side of liberty and freedom. Remember too, the devil works his deceptions very easily and we have to be so careful of not falling in to his trap.

Did the Cruz “enforcement team” threaten to go to their hotel rooms and rough them up? Oh, sorry, that’s the other campaign.
Incorrect. The members of the Electoral College cast their votes in their own state, and then send the results to Congress. Technically, the electors from California have no idea how the electors from Nevada voted. If there is no majority winner once Congress counts the votes from the Electoral College, then the House chooses the President (one vote per state) and the Senate chooses the VP.
Cruz hired a very unethical character named Jeff Roe. But Roe was aggressive with going through the hard money forcing Cruz to declare late his million dollar loan from Goldman-Sachs so that his campaign could try and pay that loan before Roe spent through all the hard money.
Cruz’ hard money (small direct donors) was smaller than his pledged PAC money (soft money) which can be withdrawn at any time. He can spend his hard money but he can’t legally touch his soft money; it’s not his. He also can’t coordinate or communicate campaign plans to or funding with his soft money pledge donors.
Roe was left with not much money to burn through. So Cruz sold himself to Jeb Bush who installed Neil Bush (a bank robber) to oversee Cruz’ finances and Bush also brought in Romney who is the de facto head of the GOP from having been the last nominee.
So this is no longer so much Cruz’ actions as they are Romney’s commands and instructions.
Romney is the one that via the RNC has the database of all district and precinct captains, and knows which ones to add to #NeverTrump. The coup we have been witnessing with the Trump delegates is mostly Romney maneuvers using the assets of the RNC and other PACs. The PAC money can come from Mexico or Saudi Arabia, or Rupert Murdoch. The soft money financiers behind the PACs are secret.
Apparently his ex-wife approves as well since she made the statement.
It does kind of makes me think about a football game where a team kicks a field goal and the coach of the other team starts screaming about cheating. “We got more yards! You stole those points”
When the reality is that he didn’t know the rules and never paid attention to the game when it was on tv.
How about Honest Abe Lincoln? Benjamin Harrison? James Garfield? All of them were "mathematically eliminated" before the convention, none of them had the most delegates, and all of them became president.
She’s a Trump all right.
First she makes one claim. Then retracts and clarifies it but walking it back.
Sure enough. I’d thought the EC got multiple passes before it falls to congress, but was wrong. Of course that’s all in theory as the EC has never failed to give a clear win.
“THAT is the way its done that Trump was supposedly too dumb to know “
Trump said he was the master of corruption! FALSE!
Trump said he could put a team together to close the deal! FALSE!
Who wants a failure to lead our country!
Are you arguing its time to bring back literacy tests?
Yeah, they stay all the time. Because technically until somebody is mathematically guaranteed a first ballot win NOBODY is mathematically eliminated. Technically they’re not forcing a fight, they’re seeing a fight is going to happen and not bowing out.
It’s all in “ The Art of the Deal . “ Primaries have their rules too.
How many voters would bother if there were clear disclaimers stating their vote essentially mean nothing, unless they happen to vote for the already chosen candidate?
I'm betting not many.
What's most amusing is the same people defending the GOP's false bill of goods, sure had their panties in a twist over small potatoes like Trump U.
Care to share how you believe a Trump delegate could be changed if they were not bought or threatened?
You're spot on, on the first part. But I'm not so sure these characters pulling the bait and switch are Cruz people. They don't have that kind of muscle.
No but I don't really have an issue with candidates staying in if they believe that they have a reasonable shot at the nomination in later ballots. It's Trump's job to close off that possibility by getting to 1,237 delegates. Until then, these candidates have no responsibility to step aside. If Trump is nominated and the other candidates don't rally behind him, then I'll criticize them. That's true of Trump too if someone else gets the nomination but I fully expect him to go off in a childish huff. If Trump doesn't act that way, remind me of this comment and I'll publicly apologize to him on this forum.
And those kinds of insults are exactly why we “Trumpkins” will ever ever ever ever vote for Cruz or any other establishment GOP candidates. Who wants to be ruled over by some arrogant elitist who looks down on us and thinks we are idiots. Our idiot ancestors built this great country out of a wilderness, and we idiots will continue to manage just fine without being ruled over by some elitist genius from Canada or his arrogant supporters.
