Superman could use his heat vision to melt Batman.
He could lob an asteroid onto Batman.

Knowledge and intelligence are quite different things. Batman was also cunning and adaptive to the extreme. But I still don’t see how you overcome someone who can move a hundred yards before you could even blink.

You might think so, but he isn’t. Superman has no cunning, he doesn’t understand human nature. He’s a total rube.
Superman’s greatest enemies aren’t tough guys, they are guys who are smart, like Brainiac and Lex Luthor, because those guys are strong where Superman is weak.
