Dawn? Mix with water and spray?
Hmmmm. I've used Wasp and Hornet spray, very effective . Never heard of Dawn being used.
Wasps n hornets have an oily body to repel water. This is so they can breathe through their pores.
The dawn strips the oils, and the water coats their bodies suffocating them. It also weighs down their wings preventing flying.
It's best done at sunrise before they are fully active.
