Johnny Manziel has been cut by the Cleveland Browns. The disgraced quarterback, who has had problems both on and off the field since being drafted by the Browns with the No. 22 overall pick in the 2014 draft, was waived by the team early Friday. The move comes as no surprise and Manziel seems to be unfazed, having been spotted partying with friends in Los Angeles earlier this week. Manziel was only two years into his four-year contract with the Browns which was worth a reported $8.245million.

Dallas likes to attempt to rehabilitate the NFL losers-Manziel has personal issues that he most likely will not be able to overcome-but good luck to him.

I blame the Browns organization for the Manziel bust. You draft someone when they are 20 you better have a clue as to their emotional maturity level.
The Factory of Sadness continues....
Joe “Willie” Namath!
Damn! I know it’s just an uncanny coincidence but this illustration of Bobby Lane makes him look a little bit like Rush Limbaugh! is it just me or does anyone else see the similarity?
No!
My dad was a Detroit cop and a rabid Lions fan, which he passed on to my brother and me. One evening dad was on motor patrol and noticed a car driving erratically. He pulled the car over and approached the car. He soon discovered that the impaired driver was Bobby Layne. Dad was star-struck and let him off with a warning.
I was a huge fan of Manziel and hung in there for a long time. But now I say he’s a spoiled little brat who is about to meet a bottom he may not be able to come up from. I pray he hits that bottom then I pray he finds God and gets into recovery. And a little note to Johnny, finding God is not hard. He hasn’t gone anywhere.
And for everyone else, if you don’t feel as close to God as you once did make no mistake as to who moved. (I didn’t write this.)
Yep, zero tolerance policies would not have worked back in the ‘50s...
and in the Detroit Lions’ case, that turned out to be a good thing!

Doubt any team will sign Johnny Released — previously known as Johnny Football, Johnny Clipboard, and Johnny Benched — until after the free agency period and the draft.
Because he won’t cough up superstar money for a young journeyman QB. He did just fine by Peyton
That’s why it is ridiculous
You said the Broncos not me. I was referring to the team you were ragging on
Do you even watch the game?
No read YOUR post about the Bronvos jack hole. I was commenting on that
Pay attention
You specifically say why would he ( manzirl) want to play for the Broncos etc etc
Your current post shows how confused you are. Have they changed your meds?
As a (near) lifelong Chargers fan, but Leaf was a decent QB his rookie year, until the Kansas City game (when he had no offensive line, and was playing with the flu, then had a 21/22 year old meltdown because he was immature and a jerk).
Not defending the guy, but cannon arm, physically was great until he got hurt and eventually addicted to pain pills.
/still a bust, but so was Marinovich.

Maybe Jerry will take a chance on him.
How so very true. I looked up their starters since their reincarnation. Truly pitiful organization these 16 years.
I actually feel sorry for the QBs who get drafted by the Browns. It does seem to destroy their potential.
