This is a odd line of attack. Everyone is different. Trump lives outside some research physician’s chart. I had an aunt like Trump. Got by on 4 hours per night until she was 80 or so. She died at 91. She was also scary smart. Drove people crazy by carrying on a detailed conversation at the same time she was working a crossword puzzle.

Generally the older you get, the less sleep you need.

Actually, older men need less sleep in total but spacing it out with a midday siesta is ideal. 90 minutes a night is pushing things too far. The accumulated fatigue will have health risks to go along with the psychological effects.

All that being said, I don't buy this as an excuse for Trump's erratic rhetoric and behavior. I think he just an arrogant pr*** and casual bombast by nature who, with the possible exception of his term in military school, has gotten away with being one his entire life.

I saw that rally. It was a LOT of fun! A protester turned off the lights and Trump said don't turn the lights back on, the lights were too bright, better with the lights off! He had the crowd chanting "Leave the lights off!" It may have been the same rally, but a protester was punching the police while being escorted out, Trump I would like to punch that guy in the face, the audience cheered. Lighten up media!
