During Thursday night's debate in Houston, Texas, Donald Trump denied having ever supported the Obama administration's efforts to remove Libyan dictator Moammar Gadhafi from power. The record on this, however, is clear. In the run-up to what would be a massive foreign policy debacle (with Hillary Clinton as its chief architect), the Republican frontrunner vocally supported American intervention to topple the dictator.

From the debate: ...

More to the point, where does Raphael stand on the North American Union, so that the United States can fail as hard as the EU?

A quibble. America seems to elect its most accomplished and polished liars, sometimes by an astounding margin. Apparently Americans LIKE to elect people who will tell them “lies”. Many things are neither the “truth” nor a “lie”, but reframing a statement just slightly out of context can convert just about anything into a “lie”, while carefully concealing a slice or even a goodly portion of what was actually stated or done can compress a lie so it appears to conform to “truth”.

Speaking “truth to power” can be a lot harder and trickier than it first appears to be.

“Ted Cruz will not whine his way to the white house.”

No, but flat, nasal mewling did carry him to victory in Iowa.

If Trump couldn’t lie, he’d have nothing to say in a debate.

Fortunately TRUMP has not attempted to turn it into LAW.

The Rubio accusations of last night on TRUMP hiring “illegals” was 38 years ago. During peak season at resorts you have American citizens who don’t want to work but must punch their government ticket to prove they applied somewhere.

TRUMP likes first class staff. Go figure. For labor, he has worked with them all, employed all kinds.

Who have Rubio and Cruz employed except more government teat types, in the bubble, as they climb their way to power on the backs of the rubes who think they are not globalists.

Well, they are globalists, North American Union types. Wake up.

If his positions are irrelevant then how do you know Trump is going to make the right decisions as President? George Soros is a billionaire too and a far better businessman than Trump yet he is a commie/statist. So Trump being a billionaire and businessman is what is more irrelevant.

“Are these people aware that Trump has not held office?”

I disagree. He has help higher office, with more personal responsibility, bigger budgets, higher personal risk, and more people to manage then Cruz or Rubio. And if those two fail, they keep their income. Trumps failure would mean he would go broke.

Yeah, Trump has held office.

Have you ever put a pencil to how long it takes for “touchback”, to be “touch booted” out, and go to the back of the line, to apply in the “legal” pathway?

They can “apply” until the cows come home. Maybe after being “touched” out they come “back” in oh, say ten years?

Pencil that in.

“Are these people aware that Trump has not held office? His positions don’t even matter as it relates to these things because he was running a business and not 100% focused on this stuff like they’ve been their entire lives. They are just throwing everything against the wall hoping that something will stick before Tuesday. I don’t’ even know what either of these two (Rubio and Cruz) are FOR anymore.”

Cruz has turned out to be just another dirty politician.

After the debate he was implying Trump was guilty of tax fraud. Very strongly implying. Even Chris Matthews even said it was McCarthyism, with no proof at all.

I don’t see where Trumps says create a Libyan civil war, general anarchy and possible ISIS takeover, and then secretly export former Gaddafi weapons to Syria to take down Assad.
