I thought it must be a glancing shot to the eye and not directly in

The producer guy explained the shot sequence on TTD.

The bullet didn't go into the eye but rather it was a glancing shot that hit the outside bone of the eye socket......

A bottle of whiskey and a couple of band aids, and Carl will be good to go.......

LOL You’re right.

If he would only cut his hair. Daryl needs a haircut, too.

LOL! I'd be satisfied if they all just took a shower..........

Here's something nobody's ever mentioned before. With all those rotting zombies walking around, it's got to be pretty darn stinky........especially after the fire.

Where I grew up in northern Michigan, there was a tannery just down the road from my house. Behind the facility they had long pits filled with lye where they would dump all the refuse from the hide tanning process. Periodically as the pits got filled, they would set them on fire and burn it all off and of course the immense clouds of smoke would blow towards my house carrying . I have no idea how many types of carcinogens were being carried in that smoke.

Thankfully the tannery was eventually closed down and now lakeside homes and condos have taken its place. Given the EPA laws of today, that tannery would never have existed.

Yeah, that’s beyond nasty.

I’d comment further but it’s lunch time. LOL

Dairy’s can put off a nasty odor, too.

I think he has still lost his eye due to the damage of the bone fragments. He’s probably going to be wearing an eye patch in the future.

Given the circumstances I would normally agree. BUT, given the young age of Carl, it's possible there are screen guild laws protecting minors such as him from having to wear such an eye patch which could prohibit the development of his eyesight in that eye........That's why I'm thinking this is merely a temporary injury.....

Just a thought........

Loved it when the entire gang of obnoxious bikers was vaporized by Darryl.

Great pyrotechnics by the crew, of course its bighly unlikely an RPG could do that kind of damage from the angle Daryl was shooting, but I regress.
