Arlington Stadium was built a good thirty years before the Ballpark in Arlington was built in its parking lot. Any condemnation proceedings were for streets and access roads.

If you lived in a dying town with 60% unemployment, a bankrupt city government, and someone was willing to open a business that would provide thousands of jobs, you might feel differently. I sympathize with both sides of the argument.
I stopped reading anything by Jen a few years ago, when she got nailed to a wall by Dr. Kevin Gutzman, as matter she came down to name calling and using horrible, language.
