Denver by 10 pts.
What? There is a football game today?
On a happy note, just a few weeks til spring training begins. :-)
I predict a 4th inning win by the Brooklyn Bombers...
Carolina by 7
Denver needs turnovers
Carolina 31-16. And I wouldn’t be surprised if it is a blowout for Carolina.
I must have missed it. When did they stop using Roman numerals for the Super Bowl?
Go Sharks!
Watching SeeBS, and somebody is paying the makeup “artist” way too much money. Some of the white people look like tangerines!! Too much powder, too much eyeliner. Figure they’ll jump up and skin off their business suit and reveal their rainbow tights while line dancing!! I man, it is California.
Earlier they showed the ballerina dancing that was supposed to inspire the players to, uh, do, something....â¹ï¸
Carolina by 7 points! Go Carolina!
Packers will not win super duper bowl 50. That’s my prediction. :>)
Would not be surprised if pick sixes and bad calls rule the day.
Go Peyton!
.
Denver Defense wins it in OT
Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days you shall labor, and do all your work, but the seventh day is a Sabbath to the Lord your God. On it you shall not do any work, you, or your son, or your daughter, your male servant, or your female servant, or your livestock, or the sojourner who is within your gates. For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested on the seventh day. Therefore the Lord blessed the Sabbath day and made it holy.
Catechism of the Catholic Church:
2176 The celebration of Sunday observes the moral commandment inscribed by nature in the human heart to render to God an outward, visible, public, and regular worship “as a sign of his universal beneficence to all. Sunday worship fulfills the moral command of the Old Covenant, taking up its rhythm and spirit in the weekly celebration of the Creator and Redeemer of his people.
Westminster Larger Catechism:
Question 116: What is required in the fourth commandment?
Answer: The fourth commandment requires of all men the sanctifying or keeping holy to God such set times as he has appointed in his Word, expressly one whole day in seven; which was the seventh from the beginning of the world to the resurrection of Christ, and the first day of the week ever since, and so to continue to the end of the world; which is the Christian sabbath, and in the New Testament called the Lord’s day.
Question 117: How is the sabbath or the Lord’s day to be sanctified?
Answer: The sabbath or Lord’s day is to be sanctified by an holy resting all the day, not only from such works as are at all times sinful, but even from such worldly employments and recreations as are on other days lawful; and making it our delight to spend the whole time (except so much of it as is to betaken up in works of necessity and mercy) in the public and private exercises of God’s worship: and, to that end, we are to prepare our hearts, and with such foresight, diligence, and moderation, to dispose and seasonably dispatch our worldly business, that we may be the more free and fit for the duties of that day.
It’s only a game, no bets here..
Sunny and breezy here just a few miles East of Levi’s,, not much air traffic. No chemtrails today, oddly enough (The last few days they were spraying early and often) ;-)
Haven’t seen the blimp yet.. May have to climb on the roof and take a gander that direction later and listen for halftime show.. God help those who get stuck in traffic later.
Peace and out.
I read that Beyoncé intends to turn halftime into a Black Lives Matter rally.
Aren’t we being callous toward those with concussions by watching this....being part of the problem, rather than the solution? /s
I’m not really into it this time, I may check in on the game every once in awhile, but if it’s the blowout I expect it will be, I probably won’t even bother.
Umm...I predict it will be close until 1st and 10 in the bottom of the ninth, when Manning will score a hat trick.
Yeah, I don’t know a whole lot about sports. :-)
Oh, is that today? Good to know, great day to get out & do things while most everyone else is huddled indoors.
