Illegal alien Mexicans and taxes
Information directly from the Illegal Alien community in the U.S. | 4 February 2016 | Mene Mene Tekel Upharsin

This is to inform folks. In Mexico, a man (Juan Gomez) and a woman (Maria Torres) marry. They go to the municipal office and register to marry. They are told, "Okay, you are now Juan Gomez and Maria Torres de Gomez." She is not required to change her Social Security name to show her legal married name because neither he nor she have Social Security numbers. No where are they required on documents to show their legal married names. So, whenever she chooses, she can just give her name as Maria Torres.

Flash forward to the United States. Now, it's tax time. So, Maria Torres de Gomez, now with five children by Sr. Juan Gomez, files separately on her taxes as does he and he files under Juan Gomez and she files under Maria Torres WITH five children (maybe more if she counts nephews and nieces. The tax refunds are HUGE. Americans working in financial services see this all of the time and are enraged, but the general public doesn't have a clue.

However, the Fed boys know this is going on, but don't say anything because the liberal, leftists in this country want the illegals here for cheap labor and votes. Now, the big push is on for the legalization precisely BECAUSE the couple will have to get Social Security numbers and show that they are either married or divorced. This will mean billions in revenue for the IRS due to lost taxes from the scams these folks are pulling. This is only the tip of the iceberg as to what is going on, but the fraud is bankrupting the United States.

Mexico has no income tax and very low property taxes. Here, the exact opposite is true, but only American idiots keep paying. The entire system is corrupt.

I have barely scratched the surface as to the fraud. The open theft in the medical care marketplace finally broke it and brought on the Health Care Act.

Interesting, but not sure what you mean by this:

The open theft in the medical care marketplace finally broke it and brought on the Health Care Act.

Are you implying that Obamacare was passed to fight fraud by illegals? Also, I really doubt the Leftists will ever do anything to recoup the $$ they helped give away.

You bet they do. That child credit sign is everywhere at tax time. Ask a small business how many dependents many foreign works claim. Many small companies with few workers accept the ID offered by workers. It is only a year or so later they did the ID was fraudulent.

If you really want to be angry, learn about what refugee status gets the current invaders. For seven years they get everything for free: housing, food, medical care, etc. They also pay no income taxes if they do work. I don’t know about the employers share of income taxes, but since they match I assume those who hire them get a tax break as well. That could explain why so many companies have many Muslim employees.

Yes. Especially if they are going to get more back than they paid (aka “Earned income tax credits”)

If it gets them money from the government and for many it does. Many file for refunds under other people’s names and get your refund or mine.

she files under Maria Torres WITH five children (maybe more if she counts nephews and nieces. The tax refunds are HUGE.

Then she knowingly falsified her W-4 form. She is guilty of a felony.

But, is there anyone at the Federal level who even cares?

‘...but don’t say anything because the liberal, leftists in this country want the illegals here for cheap labor and votes.’

Lets be fair now, the GOPe matches this description as well.

Took me a bit to see where the fraud was - they are both married, but filing as single as opposed to married-filing-separate. U.S. doesn’t know because no U.S. marriage cert, and wife’s ID based on original name.

However, folks can accomplish same by simply not getting married, living together (or not), and having kids.

So, not so much scam as deficiency in tax code. Maybe simplest solution is to get rid of the various filing statuses.

“Married” status made more sense in the days when wives were effectively dependents. Now, I think, most are two-income households anyway.

Mexico does have an income tax. I lived there from 2008 - 2010 as a Finance Directory for a US Maquila plant. The rate is 16%. They do not file tax returns because there are no deductions.

Earned income tax credit? The only people the IRS hates are conservatives... we live in a hellhole... it's official.

Can you explain your post a little better? Especially this line “I don’t know about the employers share of income taxes, but since they match” I don’t think there is a employers share
on income taxes, there is on social security taxes.

If both are claiming the children, they are both getting a much larger tax refund than they legally should be getting. The ITIN number scam has been costing we the tax payers billions each year. The IRS know it’s going on since they are
sending 100’s of refunds to the same addresses.

Meanwhile Cubans are crossing the southern border at record levels.

Detained ? Returned ?

Not a chance. They are processed and given “food stamps, medical care, and enough cash for 8 months”.

Oh, hell yes. Earned income credit, child care tax credit and all the other freebies on top of what they are milking from Uncle Sam is just too hard to resist.

Pointing out yet another inconvenient fact about “amnesty”: they have to be amnestied for a string of tax fraud and evasion felonies in addition to the usual immigration violations.

Each one of them is a walking felony store. Why should they be privileged over Americans, who enjoy no such kindness from the government that supposedly is beholden to us?

Actually, the kids SSN must be provided to qualify for either as a dependent on the 1040, or for the EIC credit.

https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f1040.pdf
https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f1040sei.pdf

EIC is an abomination that should go away regardless. Allows refunds for those who don’t pay any tax to begin with.
