The first time (and it was relatively recently - last 6 months or so) I did this when the daughter came over for dinner, she and my wife took 1 bite, stopped and asked what I had done to make it taste so incredible.
LOL. I didnt want to tell them that I learned it from watching a 9 year old home cook on an episode of Master Chef Junior.
