“Rubio has basically lived in Iowa for the last 3 weeks working the Evangelical vote just as hard as he could. H eblankedt the state with ads specifically targeted to the Evangleicals”
That seems strange. Rubio is a Mormon turned Catholic. Not exactly the evangelical dream candidate.
I’m not shocked at all by Rubio’s 3rd place finish.
The anti-establishment vote was split between Cruz, Trump, Carson, and Rand; while the establishment vote was almost all for Rubio, with Jeb, Christy and Kusinich pulling almost nothing.
If Carson and Rand drop, those votes don’t go to Rubio.
This has been happening more and more.
The rallys are HUGE for one guy, and the other one wins.
Something is up, and it’s ugly.
Still, I suggest to buy more ammunition.
Funny you mention that. I was just remembering how Rubio was talking about attacking the Russian Air force in Syria if elected, so I have about a year to finish my preps.
Also on my list it appears I will also need a lead lined bunker. After the radiation levels drop, I can melt it down for more ammo.
2016 will not be without incident. We don’t make it to 2017.
And shoot a mutant deer or something. This is gonna suck,,, or really be fun.
“2016 will not be without incident. We don’t make it to 2017.”
You know, actually things do have that kinda feel lately.
Yep but Rubio is a very good con-man able to sell what ever his handlers tell him to sell to low information voters.
He is the Republican Barack Obama or Bill Clinton. Rubio’s stick worked in Iowa as a “third way” for voters turned off by the bare knuckle political style of Trump and Cruz. Not sure that same tactic is going to work in any other state but Iowa where 61% of Caucus gowers are self described “evangelicals”.
I don’t think it’s not surprising even a lot of RINOs think the trunk is too far to the left and don’t want to vote for him.
RINOs want a liberal they can control. Trump is too far to the left even for them.
I am sure a lot more Dems voted for Trump. His supporters even brag about the Dems he gets. And Democrats weren’t likely to cross over since the Democrat race was so close.
Rubio wishes he could get the media support Trump does.
Not really. The farm owners all want slave laborers.
Operation Chaos for Rubio.
Where is the total vote column at CNN’s website for Dems?
http://www.cnn.com/election/primaries/states/ia/Rep
Check the Republicans at that link, then click on the “D” in upper left corner and try to find the total vote column for Dems. It’s not there.
Another site says it’s less than 1500 total for Dems.
http://www.washingtontimes.com/elections/2016-iowa-presidential-caucus-live-map/
They pulled a MS/Thad Cochran on us.
Dude, more and more, you are getting positively incoherent.
Actually, the Dem stats were delegates. They do Iowa differently.
There were close to 125,000 votes on the Dem side.
Exactly!
Now teeing up is Jim Gilmore, ( covers microphone with hand ), asks partner, “ Who the hell is Jim (Happy) Gilmore???
Why would M crossover when their own election is so close that only makes sense when the other sides election is already over. And why would they cross over to vote for Rubio they would vote for Trump or Maybe Cruz. Carson even. But they wouldn’t vote for the person they see as the strongest candidate to face Hillary.
If this is allowed to pass without question then it will continue. We can appeal to the radio guys. There’s only one of them that might give voice to our concern though....
