From Business Insider:
“...McDonald’s franchisees say the company’s all-day breakfast launch has been a nightmare.
The new menu is slowing down service, reducing average ticket costs, and causing chaos in the kitchens, franchisees told Nomura analyst Mark Kalinowski in a new survey...”

Like Arby’s, but I was foolish enough to try McDonald’s... and this was my response... where is the cheese? It was nothing but the breading. And that was awful.

English Muffins are better carb source than white bread, biscuits or croissants. Lower fat and calories.

Arby’s fish sandwich is pretty good as well.

You don’t eat any vegetables?

English muffins soak up butter way better than most breads... which of course completely negates the healthiness.

The trick is to get a good seal or the cheese melts out. Roll the cheese in breadcrumbs. Then dip in egg/milk mix. Roll again in the breadcrumbs.
Haven't eaten at McD in 15 years.

I was wondering what happened to my cheese sticks I ordered at McDonalds. I started eating them and alas, no cheese. Thought it was a joke.
Guess not.

That’s why I don’t put butter on them. IN any event whether the butter gets soaked in or just sits on top, you still eat the same amount. It’s not like it just slides off onto your plate. At least not on mine.

First it was Internet outrage over the Reese peanut butter Christmas trees that didn't look like Christmas trees. Now it's cheese-less cheese sticks. First World problems.

I put a lot more butter on English muffins than toast, because it soaks in. And bread without some sort of dairy is just sad.

What’s the difference between a cheese straw, and what McD’s is vending as a cheesy comestible?
