The left-wingers who run New York City are about to make it 100% legal to urinate in public.
Why? Because many blacks and minorities have been fined or arrested for it. They would rather legalize this disgusting behavior than enforce basic rules of public sanitation.

Why stop at urination? Every street corner needs a toilet paper dispenser.

Haiti was a clean city under Papa Doc when public urination was a crime punishable by imprisonment. Today Haiti cities are open sewers with public urination a universal condition.

leave home, find a restroom if you have to be out during
the day, wash your hands and use SOAP & water & use

We know that the New York City Tourism Board is loving this.

So if a protected class does things in public that offend the rights of normal people, the ruling elite makes those things legal.
When the “migrants” come and start doing worse things, you can bet the ruling elite will not rush to throw them in jail.
Whereas in the US, many deliver van drivers will still pull to the curb, lift the engine cover inside the van, and let fly without getting out.
And ask a heavy duty mechanic about what some of the long haul guys will do on top of their transmission from inside the cab...
You would think with all the money the CLINTON FOUNDATION had to use to clean up HAITI they could at least have paid for some porta-potties.
