Since campaigns can’t collude with PACs, those “small potatoes” contributions aren’t that at all. Those are direct contributions that his campaign can use in any way they want. Combine that with the fact that Heidi is a director at GS, and they hold far more sway than you dare admit.

CofG since 2013 is neutral on immigration. You can look that up. GS has contributed 70K.

Given Cruz's big patriotic donors to his super-PAC, plus all the direct donations by the 600,000 patriotic small donors, it should be abundantly clear that it is patriots who are funding almost all of the money for Cruz's campaign.

I look at his statement as boasting that he can, and has played the game. I see no evidence that his behavior will change. So if you are “in it” for yourself..or some other party what is the difference?

I like some of the things Trump has said. I like some things Cruz has said. Since I can’t vote in the primary until March, today it really doesn’t make any difference.
