I have a question here. What does spaghetti squash taste like? I’m getting ready to buy seeds for this summer and I’m thinking about planting it.
It has very little flavor. Good with spaghetti sauce as a low carb replacement. Caution though, I planted one to try it here and wound up with over 30 squash. Gave most of them away. I was happy with 4 or 5. Neighbors also liked it with roasted peppers and roasted dry tomatoes, olive oil and some feta.
