This all has been known for a long time. Hansen used to talk about it back in the 90s.
Problem for Warmists is:
Precipitation falling in the early winter as snow in northern Asia, creating “long-term, large scale regional cooling” (Cohen) in that area.
Equals a negative feedback, (i.e. cooling)
Precipitation falling on the Antarctic, same. Also increasing the mass balance of land (Zwally) AND sea ice.
Equals another negative feedback (i.e. cooling)
These negative feedbacks were supposed to be canceled out (by a lot: x3) by the tropical tropopause water vapor feedback (the “hotspot”).
However the “hotspot” doesn’t exist.

Exactly. And the fact that the data being used for the initial conditions is tainted makes it even worse.
And the models are linear approximations.
They’d have a better chance of predicting the stock market.

Noah's Ark found in turkey ( 4:56 )
Uploaded on Apr 28, 2010
" The remains of Noah's Ark have been found 12,000ft up a Turkish mountain, it was claimed today.
A group of Chinese and Turkish evangelical explorers say carbon testing on remains found on Mount Ararat show they are 4,800 years old, around the time when the ark was said to be afloat.
But the group left themselves open to a critical backlash after they failed to reveal the location of their find or produce photographs of the exterior of the site.
The search for the physical remains of Noah's Ark has held a fascination for Christians, Jews and Muslims for hundreds of years. But despite various claims no scientific evidence has ever been found.
The team of 15 made the announcement of their find yesterday. They brought back from the site wooden remains and strands of rope which they believe was used for keeping animals.
Yeung Wing-cheung, a documentary filmmaker and member of the team from Hong Kong-based Noah's Ark Ministries International, said:'It's not 100 per cent that it is Noah's Ark but we think it is 99.9 per cent that this is it.'
He said the structure had several compartments, some with wooden beams, which were believed to house animals. However early indications are it was a kind of cypress wood whereas the Bible says it was made of gopher wood.
Members of the Chinese team appeared with Turkish officials at a joint press conference on the evangelicals website where the potential importance of the discovery was hailed.

A Mile-stone; History was made in the fact that for the first time in history the discovery of the prehistoric sites, burried in a lakebed of a glacier on Mt. Ararat in Turkey,
has been presented before the archaeological world by a scientist in their own scientific language at the ASOR 2013 Annual Meeting, November 20 - 23, Baltimore, U.S.A.

“There is a growing consensus among scientists that a decrease in sea ice would increase Arctic precipitation because of increased evaporation.”
Been saying that for years. And “Arctic precipitation” (aka SNOW) would replace the missing sea ice.
Wonder how many millions of dollars that most logical (that is, non-Democrat/Liberal) people could derive sitting at home in front of the fire.

Depends on which section of Oklahoma you are in.
The panhandle to Enid are dry as a desert, then it begins to get more trees, then it gets muggy and HOT in Eastern OK.
Been waiting for thirty seven years to see water in Lake Optima near Hardesty. Still dry.
Same for the southern parts of OK. Dry in the west and muggy in the east.

OTOH, isn’t that how cycles are supposed to work? Ice to water to evaporation to precipitation, aka “snow”, that compacts back to ice?

So we, have more sea ice because we have less sea ice. Sure, you betcha.

There’s always some way to explain away lack of evidence. The reason the sea levels haven’t risen is because the rising sea levels are causing more floods which is draining water from the oceans. Yeah, that’s the ticket.

LOL
Drove a friend from the East Coast and on through OK 8 months ago.
She swore we going to Grapes of Wrath.
Laughed as we entered OK from MO and she wanted to know if we there yet.
“Naw” I replied “won’t see the dustbowl til we pass OKC”.
She asked where I would hunt and fish, when we reached Miami.
Told her to look around, as I waved to both side Interstate.
She said “You can’t hunt here!”
I responded “Sure you can. Just need to watch your backstop”.
“So where would you go fishing?” She asked
“Anywhere. Even those ponds” I laughed
“You can’t just go fishing in those ponds” she retorted.
“Yeah you can. Just knock on their door and ask permission. Only thing they ever say is not to leave guts on the bank” I explained.
Couldn’t believe it when she said “People are pretty friendly here”.
“They’re OK” I had the last word...
