Not a movie, but try watching ‘The PJ’s’. This series was created by Eddie Murphy and it goes wa-a-a-ay beyond ‘Blazing Saddles’. Still available on Youtube:

Idiocracy.

It hit the pop culture dumbing-down of America so hard they even yanked it from the theaters and it was a well done movie. Funny as Hell, too!

Mel Brooks "History of the World, Part 1."

A bomb at the box office but very funny and breaks all sorts of PC taboos.

Still Crazy, a mockumentary about a fictional 70s British rock band that makes a comeback. Great cast, fantastic soundtrack.

Any and all of the Christopher Guest/Eugene Levy ensemble that produced Spinal Tap, Best in Show, Waiting for Guffman, and A Mighty Wind.

I see downthread someone recommended Monty Python’s Holy Grail, great choice but their Life of Brian is (IMHO) their best movie.

Irreverent beyond measure.
