Still Crazy, a mockumentary about a fictional 70s British rock band that makes a comeback. Great cast, fantastic soundtrack.
Any and all of the Christopher Guest/Eugene Levy ensemble that produced Spinal Tap, Best in Show, Waiting for Guffman, and A Mighty Wind.

I see downthread someone recommended Monty Python’s Holy Grail, great choice but their Life of Brian is (IMHO) their best movie.
