Because the the plan I had that was 398.00 a month for my family only increased to 1400.00 a month in 2014
So I chose not to pay 1400.00 a month So got a nice little fine

I am afraid the Democrats aren't going to get fined by party. I still (for the moment) have the high deductible health insurance policy I have carried for the past 10+ years--for the moment. It will end next year when the insurance company no longer offers the policy.
I'm also a cancer survivor and self-employed. IOW, I am screwed.
Repeal Obamacare--at least the damned penalties.

The Leftist scum truly screwed many Americans with Crapcare.
My rates increased by 25% to $25k/year. Deductibles tripled. And the insurers are thoroughly irresponsible in terms of doctor participation or simply staying in business.
I had a good plan with HIP prior to Crapcare, but the contract was terminated!
Unfortunately, most wage earners don’t see (or appreciate) the direct impact of Crapcare — but hopefully that will change real soon.
In December 2013 our Monthly Premium was $1200, two Adults and no Children. Low deductible HMO Plan.
As of last January our Monthly Premium is $1900 a Month.
I don’t have a choice, I have Leukemia and I want to keep my Doctor. I’m not changing Horses in the middle of Chemo.
We can save about $200 a Month with Kaiser Permanente.
No way that is happening.
My IRA is being decimated, but you do what you have to do.
Can’t wait until I get the 2016 Rate. I’m thinking $2200 to $2400 Range. Santa Obamacare will surprise us I’m sure.
