My husband said that illegals get a trial before they get deported. ( I’m too lazy to look this up right now/) If so, how would that fit into your plan?
Give them 6 months to sell their stuff and leave. After 6 months seize their assets, imprison and deport.
Your ideas are music to my ears.
1) Anyone caught illegally in the United States after January 1st, 2016 will never be able to lawfully apply to enter the United States without paying a $20,000 fine.
2) Anyone living illegally after that date in the United States are subject to civil forfeiture of any property, including motor vehicles, homes, businesses, etc.
3) Any business which employs illegal aliens will be fined $150,000 per employee unless all employees had been screened through eVerify. In the case of businesses which have been screened, if more than 2 illegal aliens are found to be employed, $150,000 per additional employee fine.
4) Any business which hires a business which employs illegal aliens shall be fined no less than $50,000 per illegal alien - it will be highly recommended for businesses which hire cleaners, stockers, inventory takers, etc to have those third party businesses post a bond of no less than $50,000 per employee to cover this fine.
Stand away from the border, there will be a rush to get out of town come new year’s eve.
If we can send enough of them back Mexico might just get the revolution it deserves.

This way you harness personal incentive and fear to force self deportation without risking midnight raids that will invariably go wrong.

People who voluntarily self deport don’t need a trial, it would be seen as a “plea bargain”.
