North Korea has a military somewhere between 20 soldiers and 20 million soldiers. Same thing with their helicopters. Tough to get very good intel from the Norks.

Number 2 and 3 are big allies we need a more powerful military. More ships subs and fighter jets

If you look at the overall score, Japan has 77% the strength of the US. Nope, I’m not buying that.

If being the strongest was by the Leader of the Military the US would not make the list

Numbers 4,5,6,7,8,9, 13,14,15,16,17,18 and 20 are supposed to be our allies.

I see South Korea but no mention of North Korea.

Yes, and no mention of ISIS since they are the JV.

Exactly... the will to win conflicts and unity of purpose should be rolled in. The U.S. has none of that.

Points off for leadership. Strength means nothing without the will to employ it.

“Properly” employ it.

“Without the Brits, there’s no way they’d have evacuated the number of people and equipment they did at Dunkirk.”

We will never know what might have happened had the Brits attacked the north side of the German salient instead of running away.
It was probably a wise move, but its interesting how British abandoned their positions in France and fled home, and in Singapore where they actually outnumbered the enemy 3 to 1, but its the French who get the surrender slander.
The French lost far more in WWI than the Brits and about 8 times more dead than the Brits in the Fall of France in WWII.
The Brit moves were reasonable, but not exactly fanatic fighting.

Good fun that surrender monkey stuff, but that is properly aimed at French politicans, never their their soldiers.

Our enemies have studied the Vietnam War very carefully.

We have studied Miley Cyrus and gender changes and marijuana.

Clausewitz taught us about “Friction” in war.

You reduce the “Friction” in your military to win.

Lovers spats. Equal Opportunity. The need for a lawyer’s approval on everything. Careerism. Rules Of Engagement.

Are these creating “Friction” or reducing it?

We are blessed with large oceans on two sides.

But, missiles can get across those oceans in minutes.

9/11 was an attack. It wasn’t some kids messing around. It was an attack by an enemy that meant to kill as many Americans as possible and weaken us.

When the next attack comes......remember. Remember the Democrat Party. Remember the American press and media. Remember the universities.

Remember.

But can they compete with us in breastfeeding?

Kinda gives "Meals Ready To Eat" a whole new meaning, eh?

(Let's see here - we've had K-Rats, C-Rats, MREs ..... I guess these will be "TT Rations.")

I read a very interesting report somewhere that compared standing armys to the number of deer hunting permits issued each year.It assumed a minimum of 1 rifle per permit.Using those numbers the State of Ohio was the 4th largest standing army in the world. If you included WVA,Michigan, and Pennsylvania they came in number 1,if you included all 50 states the army total topped out at over 15 million and outgunned the USA 10 to 1.
We The People are stronger than we think.

And often forgotten about the Battle of France is how hard the allies fought. It gets portrayed as a German cakewalk today.
In the 6 weeks, (not nine days) the Germans lost around 50,000 dead, 150,000 total casualties, lost about 800 tanks and 1200 aircraft.

German fanboys today like to act like it was a minor skirmish with Germans simply rolling almost untouched. It was a bitter hard fought battle won by the Germans because of their new tactics. Hitler was avoiding a WWI redux. The German victory was not because the British and French had poor fighting spirit.

I don’t understand the numbers. In example US personnel listed as .90 X 1000 = 900 That can’t be!

I agree completely. The French people were shattered by WWI. Most of the regular army at that time, facing having to do it all over again, literally took off their uniforms and went home.

I get it. Many people have no clue.
