It’s all second hand.
Just repeating what I hear from people I trust.
But that’s also part of the problem. The women who made it may well have earned it - but any hint of special treatment at any stage for anybody raises doubts. If they earned it, they deserve better than those doubts having been created.
It has to be no special treatment for anyone at any time - or even those who didn’t get it or didn’t need it wind up having their achievements devalued.
Could the guys you know have any knowledge of the extra preparation the women are reported to have received?
