I have a great plan for blacks to get good paying jobs.
1. Education in a marketable skill
2. Entry level employment in your field and start working your way up.
3. Get married and stay married
4. Establish a stable home
after accomplishing steps 1-4 and only after accomplishing all four,
5. Have children,
6. Make them study and keep them out of trouble.
You know, this just might work if that aspiring rap music star thing doesn’t work out.

Not really the state’s responsibility to get you a job, had to move to New Hampshire last year to start my new job and after 6 months got hired on with the main company from being a sub, and just came back to VA with the same company to work in VA, just some luck and determination is all I needed.
