Carly Fiorina on Friday addressed Donald Trump's remarks about her face, defiantly declaring she is "proud of every year and every wrinkle."
“Ladies, look at this face!” the Republican presidential hopeful said at the National Federation of Republican Women's annual conference, according to the Washington Post.
Fiorina’s rejoinder came in response to a comment her White House rival made in a Rolling Stone interview published Wednesday. “Look at that face,” said Trump, the GOP front-runner. “Would anyone vote for that? Can you imagine that, the face of our next president?!” Despite Trump’s insistence Thursday that he was “talking about persona,” many accused the real estate magnate of misogyny. The mostly-female audience laughed and cheered as Fiorina brushed aside Trump’s remarks. "This is the face of a 61-year-old woman,” she said. “I am proud of every year and every wrinkle.”

His remark was beyond the pale. He was shooting off his mouth as usual.
I like Carly. I do notice that she wordsmiths a lot when she talks about social issues, which raises my antennae. But I’d like to see how she does in a cabinet position.
They have both taken shots at each other, but I don’t think either of them have said anything that would keep them from working together. Going after a woman’s physical appearance is bad form, though. Her answer is a good one.
What do you mean “hit piece?” I’m posting articles for everyone to read. Articles I believe keep people informed - even if they are from the enemy. My candidate is by far not Fiorina, but it’s good to know what the enemy is up to???

Yep- it was over the top- and what so stinking funny about the comment was that here he lives in a glass house and he’s throwing stones? That’s what was funny=- He’s uglier than he is- There’s an old saying that basically states that we attack in others the traits we hate about ourselves-

you did nothing wrong- trump made a crude comment- and she replied- posting a link to her reply isn’t the same as agreeing with everything the link’s website espouses-
there are tons of politico articles posted o nthis site- not sure why the other [poster singled yours out- but you did nothing wrong- ignore the comment
I personally don’t think she is bad looking, but dang when she talks - that mouth goes a mile a minute - it’s very distr4acting. I don’t see much joy or passion in her face either - just machine gun style of talking.
She was also a star at Lucent.
