All immigrants bring some of their culture with them.

If the immigration laws were strictly enforced, ICE would be there rounding up illegal aliens. Then there would not be any celebrations.

I disagree, there would be many celebrations, just not by Mexicans.

But, until fairly recently they weren't officially authorized to shove it up my nose while demanding that I finance it.
