You were right the first time.
I agree that as things stand now she will never serve time. But if she is tried and found guilty, she’ll be in her own hell.

Levin had a pretty funny line on his show tonight talking about how unsecure her server was. It was something along the lines of, “I’d hate to be the guy in Moscow or Beijing who had to explain why he didn’t get everything that was on there.”
I’ve heard several former Federal prosecutors, including Rudy Giulianni, say that in a prosecution of this type that the destruction of records can be used as circumstantial evidence of guilt.
If the DOJ would actually prosecute someone so famous and with such a political machine behind them, then she’s got a very hard path ahead.
Especially now that the IT guy behind the installation and maintenance of the server has taken the advice of his lawyer to take the 5th.
