Intel community: Hillary e-mail server exposed satellite intel on North Korea’s nukes
hot air ^ | 9/2/2015 | Ed Morrisey

Multiple sources within the intel community tell the Washington Times’ John Solomon that one of the two Top Secret/Compartmented breaches in Hillary Clinton’s e-mail server dealt with critical satellite information about North Korea’s nuclear weapons. This information was one of the reasons that the intel Inspectors General referred the matter to the Department of Justice. If true, this also debunks the defense of Hillary Clinton that the information was unknown to be sensitive when transmitted:

Selling state secrets? I’d love to see how they ot all thatt money to build 4 mansions. I bet a review of her bank accounts, and I mean all of them, would raise more than a few eyebrows...

If this information is correct, stick a fork in Hillary she’s done.

Assuming this is true, and I have no reason to doubt it, I just love the way this is coming out in little bit sized bits.

Enough to keep everyone engaged, not enough to just get over it all.

The Intel community is paying folks back for the way Petraeus was treated. And they know how to do it well.

Any sattelite pics on the server or emails and she’s committed a crime and had to know she was breaking the law.

No excuses will wash. Saying, “I take responsibility” simply means she has no defense and should take the punishment prescribed by law.

But of course, she won’t be punished because the elite privileged classes aren’t held to the same level of punishment as you or I would be.

When someone pisses off the Intel community the way Hillary has, with her blatant disregard for protecting highly classified information, they’re going to take he down.

“No scandal has ever been more thoroughly investigated than this one, and nothing came of those investigations. The New York Times actually broke the story, and their current reporting shows that at no time did I send or receive any material that was marked classified in bold 14 point Helvetica font in the subject header. This is old news. It’s time to move on to what the American people really care about: more free government sh*t”.

No worries...

Our strong, decisive, and Constitutionally grounded House and Senate leadership will soon be demanding Hillary’s indictment.

Their first step will be to excuse her from the scheduled Benghazi hearings in the Senate, as they could be seen as requesting her to testify against herself, in the face of criminal proceedings....

I agree that she might not be the Rat nominee, but does she serve time?

She may be done politically.
She may be legally accused, tried and found guilty.

But she will never do time. Ever.

IMHO:

Very unlikely that she posted images. Hillary knows the rules but thought she was clever enough to paraphrase SCI data in a way that would communicate the classified information in an unclassified manner.

This has zero impact on the crime. Ten years to life is, I believe, the norm.

Impossible. Bill Clinton made an historic deal with North Korea to prevent them from getting nukes.

Ah, but did Huma send her images? I agree that an email whose wording clearly indicates the content of the satellite feeds is enough to prove illegal transmittal of defense secrets.

Of course we don’t really know but I doubt it.

I have seen some published exchanges between Huma and H that indicated to me that they understood when and where to use secure communications. I suspect Hillary didn’t expect to get caught and felt she could really convey classified information in an unclassified manner. A very naive set of assumptions. A fair justice system would put her away for life.
