PEABODY (CBS) — A P.F. Chang’s chef is facing a murder charge after allegedly stabbing his co-worker to death at the Northshore Mall in Peabody on Saturday.

Sources told WBZ-TV that a chef stabbed another chef inside the P.F. Chang’s kitchen shortly after 5:30 p.m, just as the dinner rush was getting started.

Jaquan Huston, 23, is charged with first-degree murder in the fatal stabbing of 38-year-old Elivelton Dias, of Salem.

Depends on how many time he stabbed him? This could be labeled an assault knife stabbing! Let’s assume that if the knife stabbed him more than 10 times it becomes an assault knife and must be banned.

Oh you mean the guy that stabbed the chef? He is irrelevant, it is the assault knife that is the problem.

If there were no assault knives he would be alive today.

Case closed.

Mexicali used to have the best Chinese food.

Lots of chefs studied in French, Chinese, and other cuisines practice in Mexico before venturing further.

Great French restaurant in Rosarito, BajaMexico with a 3-4 star rating, and a French chef. Inexpensive dining.

Jaquan certainly doesn’t sound Chinese, does it?

That's about as weird of a juxtaposition as putting the word "chef" in the same headline as "P.F. Chang's."

just as the dinner rush was getting started

Bad form, should have shown some consideration for the customers and waited until after the dinner rush.
