According to police, 36-year-old Michael Antoine Jackson was pronounced dead on the scene. His father said he was sleeping when he heard approximately 13 gunshots from the second floor apartment. "I heard the shots go off," said Grant Jackson Jr., the victim's father. "Then I looked out the window and, you know, it was about 13 altogether, so I fell on the floor. When I got back up, after the shots was gone, I seen somebody in all this black running down the street, and when I looked down on the ground, I seen my son."

Judging by the article the whole family is horribly ignorant and can’t conjugate a verb between them but gee, the poor man just saw his son dead on the street. I don’t think many of us would be coherent under the circumstances.
Google maps is your friend.....google the area around 2nd and 68th Terrace and between 68th and 69th you will find.....gasp....a huge welfare apartment complex complete with ghetto amenities. It’s such a nice neighborhood that most who live there hide behind iron barred windows and doors.
And....on top of that, you don’t get shot 13 times by being a law abiding citizen.
My first thought was, “he’s working on number 10 with someone’s wife or girlfriend”.
13 shots is PO’d at the dude.
