I think Bill is threatening Obama here....by that I mean throwing his weight around if oBama doesn't comply with whatever they're discussing...Obama walks away from bill and in one shot it shoes Bill bringing up the rear still mad...but Obama and his friends out in front....bold powerplays going on....
