We had a shooting at "The Tree" a few years ago. A big live oak in an otherwise vacant lot in the MLK Blvd side of town. (We don't really have anything named MLK)

The cops show up and 25 - 30 people didn't see anything. The Chief of Police got them all together and said "Don't call us again if you don't see anything. You handle it."
