Everything nowadays is fortified with color, flavor, and fiber to appeal to the consumer. Lips, a$$holes, eyeballs, or other appendages, it’s all beef although a cheaper “cut”. So when they advertise it’s all beef, it’s all beef really. Just beware.
Bon Appetit (I think I spelled that correctly) and pass the catsup, hot sauce, steak sauce, BBQ sauce, or whatever else is handy.
