It was someone else's property and harmless. Destroying it was senseless act if vandalism and does not make the US look good.

The only adverse comments I heard on the Canadian television, were that the destruction did not befit the "City of Brotherly Love". (Emphasis on the brotherly). Soon to blow over of course. The vast majority of Americans love Canada although we do trade friendly insults from time to time. It’s right not to take it too seriously.
