A cache of internal memos that federal regulators intended to keep private reveals a culture of secrecy, falsehood and dysfunction that permeated the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Waters of the U.S. rulemaking process. - See more at: https://www.michfb.com/MI/Farm_News/Content/Politics/EPA_accused_of_misconduct/?utm_source=Informz&utm_medium=Email&utm_campaign=Michigan+Farm+Bureau#sthash.17ZGyujv.NNtFRYnn.dpuf
seriousness of the charges....
Confirming, again, that fedgov is a criminal enterprise.
Time to start over.
So what will follow? Place your bets.
A. The top administrators will resign in disgrace.
B. Obama will fire the top administrators, then clean house.
C. Congress will hold some dull, drawn-out hearings. The top administrators will keep their jobs, bonuses, and pensions.
I'm betting on "C". And that's why Trump is surging in the polls. The average American is sick of all this.
D. nothing
Is the better bet...
Ya think?
Just wait until we get the majority in both houses, then we will show them....

I’m with Popman. Holding those mock hearings is pretty inconvenient and doesn’t fool the masses into believing they are doing anything like it used to. I’m sure they will just look he other way and focus on fundraising/bribe-collecting for the next election.
It's a sad state of affairs when hoping for a meaningless hearing is too optimistic.
Be careful what you wish for...you might get it.
One name keeps reminding me why...
Perot.
You make a very good point. Trump could either be the next Reagan (a transformative figure), or the next Perot (a pathetic spoiler).
...that we have NO balls whatsoever. There, finished it for ya.
I used to be very interested in a legislative solution to the EPA problem, even going so far as having a crack at draft legislation.
Then, I looked into it a bit more. It is, as they say...complicated.
What, exactly, do you want Congress to do about the EPA? Only things that Congress has the power to do count, and only things that you think a majority would/could agree to do count.
Post your ideas, and we can discuss it.
Perot made a lot of noise and delivered us the Clintons.
Who will be Trump's admiral? Who will be out of ammo?
I like the things Trump has been saying. The Pubbbies are too chicken-shit to do it themselves. But, where does it lead?
