The man accused of killing two Good Samaritans who tried to help him on a Montana roadside was encountered by immigration authorities earlier this year after a burglary arrest, but was unable to be deported because he had already gotten legal status, federal authorities said this week.
Mr. Deniz is Mexican, and the Obama administration deems him a legal permanent resident who entered the country legally on May 31, 2013 — though they didn’t say how he earned that status initially.
Indeed, just a month ago Mr. Deniz was arrested by police in Worland, Wyo., on burglary charges. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers were informed, but they couldn’t do anything because he was a permanent resident, and his crime didn’t rise the level of being kicked out of the country.

No free passes, but it makes sense to start with the rapists and murderers, work your way down from Maine to Florida, Washington state to California, Minnesota to Texas. Start actual enforcement and many will find their own way home.
Yet if he is an “Legal Immigrant” how can they deport him? Something smells Obama here.
If convicted in the new case he should be shot. Does anybody still use firing squad?
Did they really expect him to show up to be tried for burglary?

The courts will now charge us million$ just to parade him around the American justice system.
Those in DC will politely debate and discuss this insanity for a few more decides.
Even many leftists give lip service to a focus on murderers, rapists, etc. Nixon started the problem of lip service and no actual enforcement. Every president since has followed Nixon’s lead.
But the real rub is welfare. Clearly SSI, TANF, EBT, WIC, etc are welfare. The pragmatic reality is that in getting it in even a conservative congress and conservative president, we could cut off the above welfare to illegals. But it would be difficult to cut off education.
So scoring a touchdown with no extra points is better than no touchdown at all.
Historically it has always been the immigration policy that immigrants can not come here to collect welfare. When my wife obtained her green card, and then naturalization, I was required each time to guarantee that she would not go on welfare. But that is not enforced. That is the problem that is the crux of the issue.
If we allow another underclass on welfare we go downhill. If we provide no welfare and allow honest work, we create positive direction for the country.

On Wednesday morning, Tana Shane drove by a young man who said he had run out of gas on the road less than 50 yards from her home, Ada Shane said.
“Both my brother and sister-in-law have big hearts,” Ada Shane said. “They’re always helping someone else.”
Tana Shane went by her house, picked up her husband and daughter and drove back to the stranded car, Ada Shane said.
The man pulled a gun and pointed it at Jason Shane’s head. He ordered everybody to get out of the car, Ada Shane said.
He told the family to give him their money, but the family said they had only change because they recently returned from a religious revival in Window Rock, Ariz.
The man told them to start walking. Tana Shane told her daughter in their Native American language to run.
Jorah Shane told her aunt that she heard a shot, started running, then heard bullets pass close to her head. McGrail’s statement said the daughter heard her mother scream, felt blood running down her face and then a bullet hit her back.
She yelled and caught the attention of people near St. Charles Mission School, according to the FBI statement. A car approached her and she jumped in when the driver got out. She drove away still hearing gunshots, and relatives took her to a hospital, the statement said.
A bullet grazed Jorah Shane’s head and she had a gunshot wound to the back. Ada Shane said she didn’t know how to tell her niece that her close-knit family was gone.
“Jorah is one always attached to her parents,” the aunt said. “She’s always with her parents and her grandmother.”
I don’t know.
And far less competition, and cheaper too - no need to pay off the local authorities or drug gangs.
Did he get out on bail for that? Was he tried for that?

Also note that from articles seen this is the first time this previous charge was even mentioned.
This isn't news and isn't going anywhere in the media, the DOJ, the Immigration Service, or on Twitter where it won't get 100 mentions.
America has lost her way in the moral wilderness and is just awaiting Judgment Day.
The Internet is much bigger and more widely viewed/used than media venues like fox or CNN.
And they are fully aware of this.
Firing squads are efficient and relatively humane, in my opinion. Seems strange, that I agree with many mainland east Asians on something about government.
