Was in Yellowstone about 25 years ago when we woke to 5 inches of snow. Daughter recorded it on our first Hi8 camcorder.
I’ve fished on the Firehole river in August in a blizzard. Nothing unusual, weather can change fast there.
Taking the new RV there next week. First trip with grandkids.
Everyone knows an overheated atmosphere creates colder weather and more snow. And if you even dare question this notion, you are anti-science.
This should prove very entertaining this winter.
“A STRONG to SUPER El Nino is likely by late this year; as much as 3.0C above average. This is likely to promise more cold & severe winter temperatures for the North East of the United States, Carolina, Great Lakes, New York, Washington DC, and much more.”
Yes...I have a friend who has lived all her life near Bozeman...she’s said it can snow ANY MONTH OF THE YEAR...
People who have no idea how quickly the weather can change there end up in trouble when they set off for a hike on a beautiful warm day. Be prepared, it isn’t the San Diego zoo.
Snow in Montana, hopefully it won’t harm the Dental Floss crop.
Snow on the mountains looks nice ?
I was just in northern Colorado
