At this rate he could win the nomination easily and a landslide presidency. Nobody would answer that question as completely as he did, real political courage.

Don’t get me wrong here. I like what he has to say but I’m not so sure he would win in a landslide... the country has changed. As much as you or I like what he says there are two people who are afraid of what they will do to their utopia or liberal dreams. At this point I’m not even sure he would win... I’m so disappointed with “other” citizens of this country for what they have done twice now.

I wish he would spend more time being clear and less time being a braggart and clumsy. I guess it is part of the act but the, “love my company, paying my own way, very successful and so forth crap” while it all may be true is wearing thin on me. Being president is an honor and a duty.. not a favor done in spite of how much you like your other job or how successful you are at it.

From the FR thread comments his answer was interpreted so many ways because people hear what they want to hear and because his answer was a little clumsy... Answer in this order:

1. Deport lawbreakers, we don’t want them here and we don’t need to pay for them in our jails. The can never return.
2. Build the fence / wall and make Mexico pay for it (this I want to see)
3. Deport LAW BREAKERS and allow the “good” ones back in via some expedited process.
4. We are a nation of laws and without laws and enforcing the laws we don’t have a nation.

He should have added that as president he swears to uphold the law. Not selectively but evenly and justly for all. He should say as president he will uphold and enforce the law of the land and one of those laws is that you can’t enter or remain in the country illegally. Same law here as in Mexico or any other country.

When faced with a couple of crying kids and their illegal father Walker said the right thing. Sorry, you gotta go, it is the law. I would have added that the illegal alien should have though about the law before he got the kids involved. Life is tough. Life is even tougher when you’re stupid.

Without Borders, a common Language or a common Culture you have no country... thank you M. Savage... no matter how obnoxious you are you are often right.
