Not aimed at you directly! Aimed at all the MS/Windows "haters" who would be fine with us all being absorbed by the Apple/Linux Borg.

I've tried both and they don't work for what I need. Personal weather stations for example.

Change for change sake is NOT always for the good, I agree. I also believe that resisting change just to resist it is also not good.

Heck, I wish I still had my '56 Plymouth Savoy wagon, '58 Buick Invicta wagon or my '67 Mustang convertible.

Right now I drive a '98 Durango that I LOVE but it's time to let go.

I grew up with something similar to this but don't miss it for a minute.
