The problem is that if he was born in Hawaii his first name could not have been Barack. The law at the time was that the first name (or Christian name) had to be English.

That is why you have guys named Sam Choy, Israel Kamakawiwo'ole or Roy Yamaguchi.

Berry? Sure.

Barack? Nope!
