Oh brother. I thought it was going to be one of those behind the tree type stories. He did it on the front door? Send him to jail for life. This was not one of those emergencies that he had no choice, but stop and go. This was deliberate and nasty.

These are the quiet, kinda goofy guys in the neighborhood that end up killing someone they have grudges or perceived grudges against.
If I were she, I'd be scared stiff. After his urination case is over with one way or another, he'll be even more of a danger. He has all the signs of a psycho.
Even restraining orders are mostly ineffective as nothing stands in the way of their urges.
I'd move post haste.
