A fast food restaurant whose business model is:
1) individual franchise owners with strong Christian family values. Operator/owners limited to one store unit and required to work in the unit. Many have their extended family members working side by side
2) senior management unafraid to stand up to progressive interest groups
3) fresh tasty food priced fairly
4) employees who are articulate, well trained, polite, and cheerful. No surly attitudes.
5) clean restaurants and restrooms. Paper towels, soap, and hand sanitizer in the restrooms.
6) usually a dining room attendant who keeps the dining area clean and gets drink refills for guests.
7) closed Sundays to celebrate the Lord’s day.

How could such a business model possibly be successful? The elites in Manhattan, Boston, Chicago, Washington DC, and San Francisco do not want to know.

Ditto everything you wrote, plus their iced coffee and lemonade are the best I’ve had at a franchise.
