When people don’t want to see, they are begging to be hoodwinked.

60%? Let’s just play what-do-you-think here for a minute. If it was a dem running that department, say, a Doyle, what do you think that percentage would be? 95%? 99%? Shame on Walker for giving 40% to folks that didn’t support him.

You know what I want to know? Why is it that for the last 2 years people on FR have universally praised Cruz for being Ubersupermega conservative man and when it comes time to put their support where their mouths are, he’s satan for botching the TTP thing.

One screw up and he’s out of contention and people with laundry lists of blatant liberal issues far worse than his TTP deal are Teh HoTtNesS.

And they call people like me a ‘purist’. Oh Hypocracy, Oh Irony, where is thy sting?

Why was he giving money away to companies that did not create jobs but shipped jobs overseas? Why was there no accountability for these millions of dollars? The WEDC actually lost 2 jobs for every 1 job created.

No wonder the legislature removed Walker from the Chairmanship last month.

In case you haven’t noticed, you completely missed the point and raised a strawman.

Again, when Trump gets elected and have a record of balancing budgets and reforming state institutions controlled by leftists for decades, then he can attack Walker.

Public Safety unions got a Pass.

And they campaigned and supported Walker's candidacy? Show documented evidence of your accusation, not by some out of state wordsmith. Show where this particular union donated to Walker's campaign. And they publicly announced their support of his elections.

The WEDC is the agency that Walker created to replace the Commerce Dept. To date, audits have established that WEDC allocated $124 million to companies without any review being done as to their eligibility. 60% of the money that has been spent by WEDC went to Walker donors.

I have no problem holding any and all to account for wasting tax payer dollars.... Thus far all I am reading are accusations.

Walker Chaired the WEDC until the state legislature removed him from that position last month.

Again I have no problem with audits and holding tax payer receivers accountable. Accusations are not FACTS. Because of your continued smearing of Walker I hold everything you post as suspect.

Oh, I have no clue who I support, because I have no clue who will end up on my primary ballot. But I have relatives that live in Wisconsin, and some of what you continue to post are LIES.

Yep, and the heck of it is, when the final TPA bill came up, Cruz voted against it. He is so far ahead of the other candidates on the issues that they are not even in sight.

Trump adopted his positions, not the other way around.

Seems to be the way of history. One does the work, another gets the credit and basks in praise. Nik Tesla being one example.

Think its about use of “deliberative process ‘ to deny open records request. The University of Wisconsin wanted to change their mission statement and ditch “search for truth” ppl wanted to know who was behind this change. They put a serious block on open records onto the budget bill to be passed. There is litigation by 2 parties over widespread use of “deliberative process” exception to block open records. If budget passes many things about Walker cannot be dug up in open records.

Talking Points? These are reported facts. Maybe you should research a bit instead of just being defensive. Buckle up, when the debates start a lot of things are going to come to light.

Here are a couple of articles: Link to Red State ,P. 12 Reasons Not to Vote for Scott Walker

This from northwestern.com

Written by TODD RICHMOND

MADISON, Wis. (AP) - Republican Gov. Scott Walker wants to make sure just about everyone who works for the government can’t negotiate their working conditions - except for local police, firefighters and state troopers.

Walker has introduced a bill that would strip public employees across the board - from teachers to snowplow drivers - of their right to collectively bargain for sick leave, vacation, even the hours they work. But absolutely nothing would change for local police, fire departments and the State Patrol.

The bill smacks of political favoritism for public safety unions that supported Walker’s election bid last year and sets up new haves and have-nots in Wisconsin government, said Paul Secunda, a Marquette University professor who specializes in labor law.

"That’s called ’thank you, I got your back,’" Secunda said. "There’s no surprise there. This is the worst type of favoritism there could be."

Walker called those accusations "ridiculous" during a news conference to announce the bill on Friday.

The governor sent shockwaves across the state when he introduced the bill, which is designed to plug a $137 million hole in the state budget that ends June 30. The bill generates about $30 million in savings before then and $300 million over the next two-year budget by forcing state workers to contribute more to their pensions and health care, the governor said.

The legislation also includes a section that would allow public workers to opt out of joining unions and limit their collective bargaining to wages only, a huge departure from the extensive public sector collective bargaining that has gone on in Wisconsin for decades. The provision would mean the 175,000 or so people who work for the government at any level - teachers, computer technicians, spokespeople, accountants - would no longer be able to negotiate the length of shifts, vacations, sick days and discipline processes, among other things.

But Walker made sure the bill doesn’t extend to local police, firefighters or state troopers. They would go on negotiating their contracts as usual

Tesla definitely got a raw deal. He never got the credit he deserved. In fact, he pretty much was unknown even in his day, and now?, forget about it.

Walker does have a budget problem for upcoming years:

“The latest estimates by the Legislature’s nonpartisan budget office jumped by more than $1.1 billion over the previous estimate of a $642 million gap released in May. The projections from the Legislative Fiscal Bureau were released Monday for the budget beginning in July 2015 and ending in June 2017”.

The other big problem I have with Walker is the WEDC.
________________________________________________________

Exactly the same w/ me. It also doesn’t help that Walker and legislature tried to sneak in a provision to close the open records law that has been part of Wisconsin’s traditions. I do not like back door - behind the curtains BS that politicians use to hide their secrets.

Even if there’s nothing there .... I want to see what these guys are up to. Sunlight ... and all that ... dontcha know.

Oh, my pretty troll! Your lies sound so sweet!!

——North Dakota’s are better

Persisting in this whacky, dishonest comparison. ‘Wisconsin isn’t doing as well as the country’s most fantastic Oil Boom state.’ Wisconsin is a heavy-manufacturing rust-belt state “The machine shop to the world”. At FOUR POINT FOUR PERCENT our unemployment level is below what has always been considered full employment. Are you going to compare us to Hawaii or Florida next?

——The budget surplus will be challenged.

Its already on the books!!!! That budget closed!!!! Its a fact!!!! I feel like Monty Python talking about the Parrot. You ask for tolerance for your viewpoints and then you post imbecilic lies like this.

The Wisconsin state budget ended the last fiscal year with a $517 million surplus.
http://fox6now.com/2014/10/15/status-of-wisconsin-state-budget-due-in-report/

Are you an accounting ignoramus? Do you get Accounting periods? You are probably confusing Wisconsin’s upcoming budget with the last one, which does not bode well for your ability to comment coherently on this topic.

——The only way to arrive at that ESTIMATE is to ignore the structural deficit, an accounting tactic that has been discredited by Forbes and Bloomberg

Given your history of lying, I am sure that you are misquoting or distorting what Forbes and Bloomberg actually printed.

The Smartest Accounting Guy (real CPA) in the Wisconsin Legislature notes

“”””The “structural deficit” is a state government concept and some states do not even calculate, or calculate using different methods. “”””

http://www.rightwisconsin.com/perspectives/6-Things-The-Media-Wont-Tell-You-About-the-Structural-Deficit-274453591.html

Did you get that or is it too tough for you? “”””Some states don’t even calculate a structural deficit “”” Its a worst case forecast made before the budget is even adopted. There’s still plenty of government to cut as this budget is being finalized.

I’ll let you respond whether you are an ignoramus in Accounting and Budgeting or just lying.
