Smiling, polite, staff who speak English are also a nice touch!
I’ve noticed that they go out of their way to be friendly. Almost a lost art in the service industry today.
The chick is always packed around here!
I am the odd man here, but I don’t particularly like their menu selections.
The customer service at Chick-Fil-A is excellent. The local one pays its employees a few dollars an hour above the minimum wage, and is able to attract employees several notches above the employees at the local McDonalds.
I just drove through the South, public restrooms there generally are a poor lot, but at fastfood joints they are cringe-worthy.
Chick-fil-A - thumbs up.
We go to Chick-fil-A and I like it. But I think KFC tastes better. Chick-fil-A seems bland.
With mouthwash! :)
Your local place may be the exception. Average seems to be minimum wage or close to.

We totally quit going to Sonic because English is obviously not the first language of their employees who take orders and got tired of not being able to understand what they were saying. Went to CFA between rain storms last Thursday evening. Two lines at CFA were at least three blocks long but moved very quickly. Sonic, who is right next door, and KFC, who is across the street, had no one in their parking lots or in line.
Gotta have Ia deluxe Chick-Filet-a sandwich:
w/ frilly lettuce leaf, vine-ripened tomato slices
cheese slice.
Add a side of hot, crisp waffle fries, large iced real
lemonade, couple containers of CFA's luscious
"special sauce....." and you got lunch.
Pepper jack chicken sandwich is why.
Chick fil a Frosted Lemonade.
We love our local Chick-fil-A!!!!
Clean, yummy food and service with a smile and ‘It’s our pleasure’ reaponse!
And right now it’s peach milkshake season!!!!....woot!
Their new grilled chicken sandwich tastes like it’s straight off the grill
From reading through the comments on this thread, I know that I am not a heretic when I say that I don’t particularly like Chick-fil-A food. I only get it when there is no alternative.
As far as I’m concerned, KFC chicken is the best—it is my guilty pleasure.
ESQUIRE REVIEW You can get a chicken sandwich anywhere, which may explain your low expectations. Boneless breast. Bun. Blah. But down south, there lives an eye-opener.
A come-to-Jesus sandwich. The Chick-fil-A. Seasoned, breaded breast served on a toasted buttered bun with dill- pickle slices. No mayo. No sauce at all. Deceptively simple, yet transcendent. The hook is the breading: spicy, with an intoxicating crunch.
The meat is always juicy, never chewy. The bun is like lingerie -- there, but not, providing delicious support without obscuring the main flavor. The first bite changes everything you think you know about chicken. And about the need for condiments. -- Allison Glock

CFA ingredients and customer svc are top notch. Combine with a good price point and it’s a winner. Good job T. Cathy and team.
I like Poppey's but I would be willing to give CFA a whirl if they would ever get to my neck of the woods.
