The sodomite lobby is ahead of you on this by a few years.

They want to strike down the ban on homosexual blood and organ donation.

They want to strike down notification laws that require those with AIDS to notify their potential sex partners of their infection.

How does one go about “amending” a court decision?

This reminds me - the libtards always complained about needing “marriage equality” because gays were being “denied rights,” like hospital visits.

Bullcrap.

If I want to go see Angelina Jolie in the hospital, I would need legal proof that I had a right to do so in the form of a marriage certificate. Gays could get similar legal proof in the form of a power of attorney. That option was always available to them, then just chose not to use that option because it didn’t involve pissing on Christians’ parade.

If you want more of something subsidize it, less? Tax the hell out of it to pay for the trillions spent on AIDS research and the illnesses they spread.

Cigarette tax, gay marriage tax a user’s fee.

Hetero marriage certificates $25

Homo marriage certificates $25,000

They can afford it after all most do not raise children.

states need to ignore the feds seeing as the feds don’t even go by their own frigging laws. Drugs, DOMA, immigration etc

What is gay about this list of diseases found with extraordinary frequency among male homosexual practitioners as a result of anal intercourse is alarming:

No doubt this list is accurate but many of the diseases listed are ones where one of the parties is infected and gives it to the uninfected party. The point to my comment was that you can take two uninfected males in excellent physical health and if they engage in anal sex without a condom (which often break during the act), they will still get very sick since this is the nature of the act i.e. the rectum being full of bacteria, tearing of tissues, perforations in the colon etc. etc. etc. I remember a few years ago seeing some stats on the average age of homos who have died of AIDS and this was compared to the average age of homos who died of something other than AIDS….. there was only a couple of years difference between the two (and it was decades lower than the lifespan of faithful husbands and wives). While the transmission of AIDS has garnered much attention, it glossed over the fact that the acts of homosexuality are so dangerous that even outside of that one dangerous disease, there is nothing about homo sex that is good news. Contrast this with ‘unprotected vaginal sex’ between a faithful husband and wife….. the more sex they have, the healthier they will be. For example, a woman who has regular sex with her faithful husband has a significantly lower rate for developing uterine cancer than even a woman who has never had sex in her life. Similarly, men who have regular sex with their faithful wife have lower rates of prostate cancer.

“XX number of weeks” is XX number of hookups at the bathhouse.

Better do another test XX weeks after the first. And another, and another, ...
